For anyone who lives or works along the Miracle Mile, Hancock Park or the Wilshire corridor, the studio is practically down the street. Wilshire Boulevard connects the two directly, and since May 2026 the D Line runs underneath it.
That proximity makes it easy to start with a consultation and see whether Dr. Dan Shaer's planned, design-first approach is right for you before committing to any treatment.
Because the studio is so easy to reach from the Wilshire corridor, a short follow-up visit rarely means losing much of the day. That makes it practical to choose a treatment that involves a few check-ins along the way.
Getting here from Mid-Wilshire
By car, the studio is about 2 miles west of Wilshire and La Brea, almost entirely on Wilshire Boulevard. Drive west past Fairfax and La Cienega and the building is just beyond the intersection.
By Metro
By Metro, board the D Line at Wilshire/La Brea and ride two stops west to Wilshire/La Cienega, passing Wilshire/Fairfax on the way. Wilshire/La Cienega is about a block from the studio. Both stations opened with the D Line extension in May 2026.
From Koreatown, the D Line runs from Wilshire/Western through the new stations as well, so the whole trip can be made without a car.

Along the way
The route passes LACMA and the Petersen Automotive Museum, both about a mile east of the studio, so the stretch will feel familiar. The Grove is a little over a mile to the northeast if you want to combine the visit with something else.
The studio is also an easy trip from Hancock Park, Park La Brea and the Miracle Mile, since each sits a short distance from Wilshire and from one of the new D Line stations.

What Mid-Wilshire patients can plan here
Because the studio is so close, treatments that involve regular check-ins become easy. Invisalign, for example, involves a series of aligners and periodic visits to check progress, which suits someone a short ride away.
For cosmetic changes, porcelain veneers and smile design let you see a preview of your new smile before treatment, and cosmetic dentistry covers whitening, bonding and contouring for smaller refinements.
Many people start with a single consultation to understand what is possible, then decide between aligners, veneers or a combination. Seeing the preview first makes that decision far easier.
